This site is in development and will over time be extended with information, experiences and best practices about improving organizational maturity and climate. The focus will be on improving workforce management process and develop towards a high maturity organization.
A major (and proven) framework to achieve this is the People Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM). This model offers a very powerful and pragmatic road map for improving the efficiency, effectiveness and climate of organizations.
