Workforce (Management) Maturity improvement has to be approached from 4 perspecives:

From an employee point of view there are the internal (values/ beliefs) and external (skills, performance) perspectives.Â
From an organizational point of view we also have an internal (organizational culture) and external (structures and processes) perspectives.
This website will focus on the organizational aspects (the yellow and blue quadrants). However, in oprder to be successful these 4Â aspects should be well aligned and therefore we will discuss some approaches to look at workforce maturity from an integral approach.
