Results of a (self) assessment can be visualized for summarizing overall performance and detecting quick wins, see the level 2 Performance management KPA example below. A self assessment can be as simple as this and can be used to:
- Create awareness and educate managers and key professionals about the model, its architecture and how it can be used
- Do a first high level gap analysis at selected maturity levels (e.g. level 2 and level 3 KPA's)
- Use this to set priorities and initial ambition level
- Use it to identify quick wins
