Tijdens deze bijeenkomst zullen we nader ingaan op People CMM Process Area Participatory Culture.
Doelstelling van deze laatste Process Area van maturity level 3 is: "...to enable the workforce’s full capability for making decisions that affect the performance of business activities. The open communication established with Communication and Coordination practices at the Managed Level creates a foundation for developing a participatory culture. A participatory culture provides an environment in which competent professionals are fully able to exercise their capabilities..... Establishing a participatory culture lays the foundation for building highperformance workgroups and for empowering workgroups at the Predictable Level".
